Halifax is the second city to test the new hyper-local format, which includes major store and garage updates as well as a dedicated van for its mobile service so their experts can come to your home or work!
The new Halfords Halifax concept store, which reopened in November, features a series of changes, including:
A new reception area in the store and garage, making it easy for customers to find expert advice on arrival and to be directed to the product or service that best meets their needs. bikes and scooters – so you can have maintenance service right from the parking lot A new in-store live experience area designed to help customers learn how to get the most out of products Easier navigation in product lines, virtual assistant screens to inform and educate customers and a test and trial area for children’s journeys to help parents find what is right for their family A floor entirely dedicated to cycling as well an engaging and interactive experience in the children’s bike zone A new van dedicated to Halifax doubling the capacity of mobile services available in the region
Meanwhile, the garage will house a new service area, allowing customers to view workshops and work in progress. Displays will show the status of each vehicle and who is performing the service to keep customers informed while they wait
The new format will showcase the Halfords electric offering, with improved training for colleagues and updated vehicle charging points in garages and retail stores.
