Big rewards with the launch of the flagship store

Consumer electronics retailer Senheng Electric (KL) Sdn Bhd strengthened its brand with the opening of Grand Senheng Elite in ES2, Petaling Jaya on November 11.

The event saw shoppers from across town lining up to enter the local retailer’s largest flagship store to date.

The launch was kicked off with a groundbreaking ceremony by Senheng Executive Chairman Lim Kim Heng and Chairman Lim Kim Chieng, as well as long-time partners of Senheng Electrolux, Haier, Huawei, LG, Panasonic, Samsung, Sharp, Sony, Oppo and Xiaomi.

Also present were their partners from Aeon Credit Service and AIG Malaysia.

This was followed by an auspicious lion dance to usher in good luck and good fortune for the newly opened store.

“It’s been so long since we had a physical celebration. For those of us who work in retail, we understand the need for this human connection – it’s our key to building strong relationships with our customers, ”said Kim Heng.

“I am proud to report that after more than three decades, we are stronger than ever, thanks to our rapid adoption of technology and innovation to improve the customer experience.

“This flagship store is a new center of experience for all of our customers, especially our PlusOne members, as we continue to develop our brand,” he added.

To mark the opening of its latest store, Senheng is offering customers cash back rewards for their purchases using their S-Coin by also signing up for their PlusOne membership.

Members using Senheng’s mobile app can also take advantage of the opening celebration to “reserve and buy” small devices for RM20. Grand Senheng Elite focuses on the consumer’s shopping journey by making it as convenient and transparent as possible with carefully organized displays in its contemporary-style 1300.6m² four-storey retail space.

For the benefit of customers, Grand Senheng Elite employs Armarior, a home customization expert who can help homeowners decide which appliances to install in their home and how.

“We know that sometimes when customers walk in, having too many different screens on different types of devices can be overwhelming.

“This bespoke Elite store makes it easier for customers to find what they want to complete their home,” said Kim Chieng
